Year-round: Peace of mind guarantee, if you need us, we are here! You are not charged for services needed between the regularly scheduled services. If insect activity has you uncomfortable, call us up!
Spring: In the spring we will come out and perform a full exterior preventative treatment on the exterior of all of the structures. This preventative treatment is the ultimate barrier between the uninvited invaders and your home.
Fall: In the fall we will come out and perform an additional full exterior preventative treatment on the exterior of all of the structures. This preventative treatment is the essential control we need to avoid the insects trying to love into the warm cozy house for the winter...
Winter: In the winter we complete our annual comprehensive home inspection, spider de-webbing, interior preventative treatments where applicable, and free rodent inspection/evaluation.
Option: Mosquitos: When you add on coverage for mosquitos, we come out every 4 weeks, weather permitting, to treat your yard in the mosquito breeding and harborage areas. At your initial visit, we will complete a full comprehensive inspection of your yard, provide verbal and written recommendations and complete your first treatment. Treatment starts in April and runs through September.
Option: Mosquito flea & ticks: When you add on coverage for mosquitos fleas and ticks, we come out every 4 weeks, weather permitting, to treat your yard in the mosquito breeding and harborage areas as well as the surface of the lawn for control of fleas & ticks in your yard. At your initial visit, we will complete a full comprehensive inspection of your yard, provide verbal and written recommendations and complete your first treatment. Treatment starts in April and runs through September.
Option: Moles: Mole treatment is a monthly baiting program that runs from March-November. At each monthly visit we will inspect the full lawn and bait all new or existing active mole runs.
Cancellation: Cancel any time with no penalty after the initial 100 day period. Why 100 days? It gives us the opportunity to provide you with quality service, retreat if needed & allow time for the pest issues to fully subside.
