We want to assure you that we are monitoring the situation daily and taking all precautions possible to limit contact & contraction of this virus. Our client's health and safety is our #1 priority, which is why we find ourselves still out in the field and not suspending services. Let us explain...
Pest control & nuisance wildlife, while to some is a preventative service and considered a luxury, is absolutely essential to public health. Attached is an article from the EPA outlining some of the pests identified as a public health issue and the reasons.
This article is also a huge reason we are in this field, to begin with! We set out to provide top quality services to residential and commercial clients, both to those who need it for peace of mind and those who can’t afford critical treatments necessary for their health through other large companies. As an example, our bedbug program is one of the lowest cost programs out there, with a FULL YEAR guarantee- because we do the job right, or we are there to fix it! We offer in-home financing to make our programs affordable and accessible to ALL! Our cockroach program is very much the same, an entire year guarantee, and in-house financing available. We want to reach those who want us & those who truly NEED us!
Working with pesticides- we already hand-wash between every service, use gloves while treating, limit our contact with household surfaces while we are applying products & treat as much as we can in areas without high foot traffic and only where essential in living quarters, some services done under full respiratory protection, and many more small measures taken to ensure OUR safety as well as our CLIENTS safety!
We have more recently implemented a no-handshake policy, additional hand-washing, gloved up for more of the service/inspection, the appropriate distance between people when talking & contact-free agreements and work orders (no signatures on OUR devices)
We honor the request of Clients who request specific preventative measures to be taken in their homes/businesses. (Example: Service provided while the client is not home, services done under respiratory protection, contact-free agreement & work orders, etc.) Please contact us for details about your request.
We continue to operate at this time with precaution for essential pests. Under the Ohio Stay at home order, the Dept of homeland security memorandum & EPA list of critical pests- Extermination services are deemed a critical and necessary service for the health and wellbeing of homes & individuals, upkeep of hospitals, businesses, restaurants, and other essential businesses. We will continue to provide services for these essential pests for as long as we are able to.
Exterior treatments will be provided as usual to prevent the invasion of critical pests. Pre-notification, contact-free treatments & reports, and we are ALWAYS available for any questions before or after services!
Clients on a general pest program who wish to skip or reschedule a service due to personal concerns & isolation are more than welcome to! Please contact us to do so!
We continue to watch and evaluate all the recommendations made by the EPA, CDC, Health Departments & similar business to ours. We will continue to update our clients with any necessary changes that may affect them.
MOST OF ALL, we care about our clients, their health, their peace of mind in their own homes, their needs, their requests, and their families. We are here to discuss any concerns, needs, questions or comments. Thank you for trusting us with your homes, your businesses & your peace of mind!
